Popular Ghanaian media personality and raggae artist, Blakk Rasta has shared his thoughts on the current trending song by Black Sherif (Blacko), "Kweku The Traveller".
This "Kweku The Traveller" song by Black Sherif was released on the 30th of March, 2022 and it began to top charts around the globe. It gained over millions streams as soon as it was released on Audiomack and topped Apple Music trending songs charts in both Ghana and Nigeria.
Many people on Tiktok also did incredible videos with this song by imitating how Blacko performed it at the 3Music Awards with rain falling on him on the stage.
Other musicians and celebrities congratulated Black Sherif and shared their views on this song. Blakk Rasta in a current interview with Citi TV has also expressed his thought on this song.
He said Black Sherif is very fortunate to go global with a song like Kweku The Traveller whiles many other artists have better songs which didn't reached where his has.
"Black Sherif is a person who is very lucky; People have made better songs than "Kweku The Traveller". He's very lucky and has a certain grace upon him" said Blakk Rasta.
He continued, "He has to check the mistakes of other musicians and try not to do same. He has to change his style a bit because I've listen to 2 songs of his and they almost sounded the same so he should work on it."
