Sarkodie has been lambasted by industry players and some of his colleagues for refusing to pick up their calls and reply their texts when they reach out to him for business.
Edem, Kwaw Kese, DeeMoneey and others have all been victims of the rapper’s ‘no reply’ syndrome.
In his defense, Sarkodie revealed that almost everyone around him including his parents have been complaining about his attitude of not picking up their calls, however, it is not intentional.
In reaction to these complaints, Strongman has said that the artists complaining about Sarkodie not picking up their call can also pay him back by refusing to pick his if they feel offended.
Speaking in an interview on Angel FM, Strongman stated that the rapper has every right to ignore calls because the people calling need his service, however, they can also ignore his when he reaches out to them.
He said;
>"If Sarkodie is avoiding your calls because you require his services, you have the option of ignoring his calls when he requires your services. That’s a tit-for-tat situation. I’ll never come out and complain if I call Sarkodie and he ignores me because I need him, but I’ll likewise ignore his calls when he needs me. Complaining will never get him to return my calls.".
He also lashed out at people complaining about Sarkodie’s attitude, saying that their complaints will not trigger him to return their calls.
"“I don’t understand why some people act as if Sarkodie is their girlfriend when they complain. Even your girlfriend may refuse to take your calls, but imagine how much more Sarkodie, who owns his own phone and pays for his credit, can do the same. You can’t make him answer your calls.".
