Nana Ama Clark, a 23 years old CCTU Level 300 Marketing student, was found dead at the Ola Estate near the Ola College of Education.
Nana Ama was discovered dead by the roadside at OLA Estate, near the OLA College of Education in Cape Coast at 9:00 p.m. on Friday, according to the police.
The murder of this level 300 student is being investigated by the Central Region Police Service.
When police got on the scene, they discovered the body of Nana Ama Clark lying naked in a pool of blood with her reproductive organ hacked off and bruises all over her body.
The 23-year-old was not killed by a hit-and-run vehicle, according to witnesses. Neighbours alleged that the circumstantial evidence points to a well-coordinated plan rather than an accident, even before the police finish their investigation.
The incident has upset residents in the area, who are begging with authorities to apprehend and prosecute the perpetrators.
